Dry Ice Energy GmbH

Dry Ice Energy produces and ships dry ice in reusable deposit boxes — hundreds of them, constantly in circulation. The problem: tracking which customer has how many boxes, for how long, and whether they're coming back. Previously managed with spreadsheets and phone calls.

We built them a full logistics platform from scratch. Every box has a serial number. Every shipment is tracked. Every return is scanned — either with a hardware barcode scanner on the warehouse floor, or with a smartphone camera on the go. The entire system talks directly to their ERP via API, so there's zero double entry.
